About Inline Skate Freestyle
In-line skating is where stunts and tricks such as jumps,
grinds, slides and flips are the basis of all the skating
manoeuvres.
These manoeuvres can be very dangerous, which is what
gives this skating discipline an extreme ‘X’ sport
classification.
Aggressive skaters slide on edges and ledges, jump over
barriers, fly around and onto structures, rotate in the air
like gymnasts and defy gravity in any way humanly
possible - our acts are based a flavour of aggressive
skating known as park skating where specially built ramps
such as quarter-pipe, curved ramps and half-pipes are
designed to allow the athletes to perform tricks. In park
skating there is a greater level of detail on technical ability and joined tricks than with other forms of
aggressive in-line skating.
These stunts, tricks, and manoeuvres require a very advanced level of skating skills to perform them
properly and safely.
Small Area Displays
Other than the need for a
run-up and run-off space and
that for the various ramps an
in-line skate show can be
performed in small spaces
such as exhibition stands at
trade shows.
Low Impact
Our ramps can be towed
behind a car and set-up and
packed down within an hour.
International Shows
Outside of the UK? We can
provide drawings allowing
you to build your own ramps.
Athletes travel with little
more than a standard
suitcase keeping costs to a
minimum.
