The majority of visitors will choose to travel on Friday 9th to Monday 19th October 2009, however you are welcome to book a longer holiday. The event is set at the very end of the holiday season - hosting the event earlier would not be suitable as the beaches are packed with holiday makers. The weather for that time of season is typically still very warm. The sea is at its warmest meaning that it is unlikely you will want to use your wet-suit, or at best wear only a shorty. Sea conditions are changable, providing something for everyone - flat waters for long cruises and large swell for those who enjoy wave jumping.  |
